The cancellation of 122 licences issued in January 2008 regarding the 2G spectrum is a bold step taken by the supreme court of India and is laudable. Its a warning to all those who feel that with time there wrongdoings can be hidden. .. No more ppl. It must have looked as a roller coster ride in prima facia bribing and getting.
Althou Its unfortunate for some but as the saying goes "gehu ke saath ghun bhi pissta hai".. set backk to investors confidence and reliance..
The draft of exit policies is being issued by the TRAI to have some recommendations from the stake holders as well but at the end unhe return to karna hi hai loscence and now the auctions for 2ag spectrum allocation is also started on the basis of auction...the 2008 signed amout will be refunded to companies. Big lose.
It was a good story to follow with the moral: Go Honest ... no smartness will work
